This group started out of a love for dance, live music and bringing people together in an energized environment, to meet, mingle and have a ton of fun together! We provide a full evening starting with a ballroom dance lesson, followed with four hours of live music provided by local bands. If you love live music and/or love to dance as well, we would love to have you join us. Though we focus on the single community, couples are certainly welcome as well.

This past Spring a new group of us taking some dance lessons decided it would be fun to go outside of the studio to apply what we learned at class....We had so much fun I created this site as a way to communicate with everyone and try new dance venues around town. In August I moved my dance to Cinema Ballroom which better aligned with my future goals to compete and advance my dance. I moved to Minnesota from Detroit almost 10 years ago. In Detroit, urban (or soul) line dancing (also called "hustling") is EXTREMELY popular and I miss it! Although there are a couple of organized urban line dancing groups here in the Twin Cities, they don't fit my schedule (and my favorite one is far away from me in St. Paul) so I can't participate frequently enough.
